Intervention

To address the issue of inconsistent branch team performance, we conducted a comprehensive engagement survey (P5, Well-being, leader, manager, HR) with the help of our AI Consultant – Kyara.

We identified teams at risk, non-performing teams, and country club teams, and optimized insights to help the firm customize action plans.

This holistic approach allowed us to identify critical areas for improvement within the organization.
